I start with the people closest to the problem, then build outward from there.
Build small, then compound
Ship the smallest useful version first, get it into real hands, then grow it.
Africa is many markets
Lagos, Nairobi and Kigali are different markets. I build for that, not for one story.
Keep it practical
The work has to be practical enough to cross borders and keep running once I leave.
